We have all arrived back in Australia and we would like to thank you all for your wonderful service. From the moment we first contacted you until we were delivered back to the Hanoi airport for our flight home nothing seemed to be too much trouble and you always attended to our enquiries promptly. This was greatly appreciated and gave us confidence in booking our holiday through your company.
Our guide Kai and our driver were also excellent and made sure we arrived at our destinations on time and safely.
The only suggestion we could make to improve your service even more would be to have a microphone and speakers in the bus. This would allow the guide to give the passengers more information about the areas and features we were driving though/passed, especially on the longer trips. At present if the guide is talking while we are travelling only the passengers directly behind him can heard what he is saying clearly.
