Not sure where to start really. Other than to say that our holiday was fantastic. As you know, we are a family party of 7 adults with a variety of age ranges between 54 and 19 and EVERYONE was very very satisfied with the tour. You and your company have given my family a trip of a lifetime.
Every tour guide was punctual, honest, spoke good English and knew their area and history well.
All drivers drove carefully, were very polite and provided water on every trip.
The itinerary was excellent, personalised by yourself in advance, and adapted, as appropriate with the local guides. Meeting you in person during our stay in Hanoi was also a pleasure.
We have visited the most amazing sites – beautiful locations, places of historical relevance in all countries, national monuments and religious settings. All trips were handled with the appropriate sensitivity to ensure local customs and traditions were conveyed. We learnt so much relating to the local area and culture which was the main purpose of our visit.
We eventually totalled!
4 swimming opportunities (waterfall, Ha Long Bay, China Sea, Hotel swimming pool Siem Reap)
5 boat trips – Ha Long Bay, Mekong River, Perfume River, Fishing Village and our last day in Bangkok
5 flights – all tour guides ensured we arrived on time and their timings were excellent which meant we did not miss a number of hours on holiday
Two overnight sleepers – timing excellent and the hotel accommodation arranged to allow us to freshen up and, again, not lose a day
Mike, as you can read, we had a fantastic holiday and you and your company co-ordinated the arrangements with efficiency and professionalism that made every dollar worthwhile.
The accommodation was all very very acceptable. All hotel staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast or arranged dinners were very excellent.
Our jewel of the trip really was Siem Reap, both the hotel and Angkor What leaves us with amazing memories – also the tour guide – Sophea – was someone who we would recommend to you personally who would be a credit to your operations.
We really intend to come back for an alternative trip next year and would like to contact you again for your help and guidance.
