Vietnam Impressive is BY FAR the best company I have used whilst in Asia for anything, I am extremely impressed!! Special thanks must be given to Ms Narol, who sorted out everything for us. I cannot say one bad thing about them. I was very impressed with the speed in which she replied to my inquiries on a continuous basis, not just the one off. Within 24 hours everything had been discussed, booked and paid for. Ms Narol answered all my questions not only quickly but also in great yet clear detail and in a highly friendly and professional manner, doing everything she could to help, they are even meeting us at the airport to hand us our tickets personally! She even filled in all of the payment form for me, and you can rest assure they are perfectly legitimate, I have not had a single problem regarding online payment with them. I cannot convey my satisfaction with their service, and I will without doubt recommend Vietnam Impressive to everyone I know, and I’m sure I will have the pleasure to use them again in the future.
