I wanted to write to THANK YOU and your team for the wonderful time I had in Hanoi recently. I was very happy with the Medallion Hotel – nice room and staff and great location. The trip to Halong Bay and the overnight stay was wonderful. The junk was beautiful and again staff lovely. The catering was also excellent. Must stay longer on Halong next time!
The Interpreter Tuan was very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. We had a good tour of Hanoi and as I was the only tourist, it was customised to suit me.
The airport transfers were also appreciated.
Al in all Mike – great value for money and very well organised.
I also greatly appreciate follow up phone calls that I had from your staff to check that I was ok.
