Just wanted to say a big thank you for your help with our recent holiday.. except for that incident with the driver to Halong Bay everything else was perfect, the train tickets waiting for us on arrival in Saigon and all the hotels we chose together were great. Hanoi was just way too hot for us and the kids though!! Really loved Golden Sands Resort – I cannot wait to come back and do more of the coastline and Bhaya cruises were excellent.
I found you very professional and efficient and very helpful, considering I too work in the travel industry so I know what its like. Am meeting a friend tomorrow to discuss her vietnam adventure and I’ve given her your emal address. We will come back to Vietnam one day…
