I was one of the six people from Melbourne, Australia who booked a package via a travel agency in Melbourne (Wings) with Vietnam Impressive. We commend the tour guides that your company provided in our journey. We were especially delighted with Mr Vinnie as we called him (cc in this message). He extended his help beyond the normal working hours and also helped contact your office after we left Vietnam for Cambodia when we were not happy with the first hotel we were sent to in Phnom Penh. Fortunately we had his facebook contact. I can positively say Mr Vinnie is one of the best guides we’ve had on this tour. Congratulations for having someone like him on your staff. Perhaps I’d suggest that all guides should at least take us through the airport counters of each airport to see that we actually checkin without any problems. When we changed hotel in Phnom Penh, your staff on the telephone were also extremely helpful. I recall someone called jeff that rang back with quick action on changing hotels.
