It was not a problem for us at all. We had a great time in Vietnam and wish to thank you for all the arrangements you made. We were very happy with the whole trip. In particular Ha in Sapa was very good when the trainlady told us we had to move to another compartment (she tried to give our compartment to some-one else) – he refused and argued strongly with her on our behalf and told us to lock our door and not to move or let anyone in. She didn’t come near us again! Would you kindly thank him from us and tell him we had no problem. We thought him very manly for looking after us so well.
Thanks again for your professionalism – shown in prompt replies and good arrangements with good execution. I enjoyed putting a face to your name when we met you in Hanoi. The whole experience of dealing with ‘Vietnam Impressive’ was hassle-free and enjoyable.
