I didn’t realise that I sent you the mail on Sunday. Finally we could change the tickets at the station and we are in Hue. Only had to pay 10% of the cost.
Thank you very much for everything and we are really happy for your good service. As soon as I come back to Spain I will write a comment on Tripadvisor. We found many Spanish in Halong that had been cheated by Mr Tony Ngo who uses the name impressive tours which I think it is quite similar to your name and he is really giving a terrible service.
