Cailin and Amalie have returned and they enjoyed their travels enormously. The hotels that you recommended were quite suitable and they experienced no problems at all with their accommodation.
The driver that was meant to pick them from Saigon train station did not arrive and when they called the number that you gave, the person who answered the phone did not show any interest in sending a car. It was very early in the morning, but I would have thought that the driver would have known that he was booked.
Could you please ensure that you do not pay this driver and if possible please arrange for a refund for this cost.
