We have arrived back in Australia..:-( 🙂
I, as a usual independent traveller, have enjoyed the ease of dealing with your company. Due to TET, I was a little concerned about the 3 weeks we had in your lovely country, as I had read possible nightmare stories due to TET…I was also ‘sceptical’ that everything was going to turn up at our hotel as planned…I have never planned online before…
Everything turned up as planned to my great surprise, train tickets, cars at our door, Ken the great guide, Thang our driver, it JUST worked.
We have not yet worked out your commission on train tickets or other things, as I did get a little concerned when i seen ‘Vietnam UN-Impressive thread on Tripadvisor :-)’, few simple sums in my head, I will work it out, but for a holiday, 3 weeks, it worked for us over the TET period.
I don’t feel your commissions were too high, I will look at it though, but there’s little doubt for us, this time around, it worked..
We thank you for your help in my first time planned holiday, it was a holiday, now I’m back home. It was TOO easy.
