While doing research for a planned trip to Vietnam I decided to use Vietnam Impressive to book my train trips.
I wanted to travel with my family from Saigon to Nha Trang, AC soft seat, Nha Trang to Saigon AC soft sleeper and on Livitrans return trip to Sapa.
I was most impressed with the service provided by Vietnam Impressive. Emails were answered promptly with detailed instructions on where and how to exchange our vouchers. They coped with me changing dates and some tickets emailed to me with others delivered to our hotel as promised.
Everything worked fine and I recommend them as trustworthy ticket agency to anyone going to Vietnam
