Please be sure we don’t hold you in any way responsible for the hotel in Sapa. The service we have received from your travel agency has been perfect!!! The situation at Eden hotel was unfortunate but clearly out of your control and did not ruin the experience of visiting the area!
Both my brother and I would like to express how happy we were with the guide you selected in Sapa! Ha Tran was extremely helpful, knowledgable and always went above and beyond to help us, right until the train back to Hanoi departed. We would certainly strongly recommend him to all our friends!
Also we found the staff at Duc Thai hotel extraordinary helpful while we were there and they even helped us recover some misplaced luggage when we left for Sapa.
After an excellent couple of days at Halong Bay we are looking forward to our next travel and time in Hue 🙂
Thank you again for your email and concern! We are having an excellent time in Vietnam so far and loving every minute. While the Eden hotel was unfortunate this minor inconvenience was overshadowed by the excellent service from our guide and ease of having you organize everything for us has made this trip fantastic so we are very happy!!
