I have been in contact with Ms. Bui Hong Hanh (Victoria) Sales Executive about purchasing two train tickets departing from Saigon on the 8th of January and Hue on the 13th of January. Ms Bui Hong Hanh has organised everything amazingly. She has been extremely helpful and very efficient replying to all my questions.
I have filled out everything except for two parts. I was unsure what to write in the gaps of the letter of approval.
