Just one little thing you might want to hear as a feedback is that Hanoi Silver hotel is not so convenient for the breakfast especially when you have tours or pick up to the airport early in the morning scheduled. They initially announced a breakfast at 7 but we finally realised that the staff started arriving at this time and nothing was ready before 7.30. At 7.30, it was only half ready which should be peak time for a breakfast. All the other hotels had everything ready for 6.30.
